Job Overview: We are looking for a Primary School Support Professional to join our team at a dynamic primary school in Croydon. As an Academics Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching staff in delivering high-quality education to students.

About the Position: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment, collaborating with colleagues to enhance curriculum design and delivery, and supporting teaching staff in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide academic support to students, including homework assistance and project guidance
  2. Contribute to lesson planning and delivery, as required
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports, as needed
