We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Primary Education Assistant to join our team at a vibrant primary school in the heart of Croydon. As a Primary Education Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism and Complex Communication Needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Job Description
As a Primary Education Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to children with Autism and Complex Communication Needs. This may involve adapting teaching materials, providing one-to-one support, and assisting with lessons. You will also be responsible for delivering targeted interventions to support children's learning and developing relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to children with Autism and Complex Communication Needs.
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and preparation.
- Deliver targeted interventions to support children's learning.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A strong understanding of Autism and Complex Communication Needs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Salary and Benefits
The Academics offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive and collaborative working environment.
