We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to work alongside teachers in various educational settings to provide support to students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide targeted support to students in EYFS, SEN, KS1, KS2, Primary, and Nursery settings to help them access the curriculum.
  • Assist teachers with implementing individualised education plans to ensure students receive tailored support.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with teachers and parents.
Requirements:
  • GCSEs in Maths and English.
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or childcare.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs.
  • Able to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
