Job Overview

We are recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Group Plc in Wisbech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on a rota basis (average 160 hours a month) plus sleep ins depending on the size of the home
  • Meet the needs of the Children and Young People in line with OFSTED regulations
  • Organise and facilitate Social Activities (out of school)
  • Maintain the home (laundry, cleaning, shopping etc.)
  • Attend & participate in team meetings
