Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive successful product launches in the UK, as well as support international and US product launches.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the category's strategic marketing plan.
- Manage all elements of the marketing mix to maximize product performance.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the sales team.
- Lead relationships with creative, media, and PR agencies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of research strategies.
- Ensure that all marketing activities are compliant with the Quality Management System.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years experience in a product/brand manager role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including website content management.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
