• Lead and develop an outstanding team of specialist procurement and other consultants

We are looking for a talented individual to work and lead our highly skilled team delivering best-in-class strategic procurement and contract advice including end-to-end procurement services to some of the larger brands and on the most exciting programmes and projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience in and/or knowledge of regulated procurement in particular Public Contract Regulations 2015 with an awareness of the Green Paper and potential changes to the public procurement regime
• Leading strategic major procurement projects or programmes for Public and Private sector clients
• A strong background in tender preparation development and management ideally including negotiation
• Commission client relationship and people management
• Cross sector experience with a strong public procurement background is highly desirable
• Preferably possess degree related to construction civil engineering quantity surveying law or procurement
• Preferably possess experience working in Defence Utilities Infrastructure roads rail etc sectors

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
