About the Role: The successful candidate will provide tailored support to the pupil, working closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure the child receives the best possible care. As a teaching assistant, you will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages the child's academic and social development.
- Assist the teacher in planning and delivering educational activities
- Support the pupil in managing their behaviour and developing emotional regulation skills
- Communicate effectively with the teacher, parents, and other professionals to ensure a consistent approach
