About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for service standards in the absence of the Home Manager
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff, including performance appraisal and development
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our residents
  • Ensure that all care staff are trained and equipped to provide high-quality care
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Passionate about supporting others and delivering high-quality care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Willingness to enroll and complete a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
