About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Ham Yard Hotel. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining the high standards of our hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair faults, perform routine maintenance, and ensure the optimal functioning of equipment.
  • Monitor plant operations and accurately record data using provided documentation.
  • Ensure all working areas are kept clean and tidy, and all refuse and waste materials are removed appropriately.
  • Operate a cherry picker and other equipment as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all departments and Head Office.
  • Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborative mind-set with a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment.
