About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Night Maintenance Assistant to join our Maintenance team at the renowned Ham Yard Hotel. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our facilities, ensuring that everything is in perfect working order for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and diagnose faults, carrying out repairs, adjustments, and maintenance work as needed.
  • Perform required routine servicing, repairs, or adjustments to ensure optimal functioning of equipment.
  • Monitor the plant operations and accurately record data using provided documentation.
  • Ensure all working areas are kept clean and tidy, and all refuse and waste materials are removed appropriately.
  • Operate a cherry picker and other equipment as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all departments and Head Office.
  • Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborative mind-set with a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment.
