About the Role

Ambition is seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor (Private Client) to join our team at a leading UK business consultancy firm based in North-West London. As a Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting tax returns for a diverse range of clients and reviewing the tax returns of juniors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and submitting tax returns for clients
  • Reviewing tax returns of juniors
  • Providing private tax advice to clients in a report format
  • Participating in client meetings
  • Supporting the tax team with tax return reviews from outsourcing companies
  • Updating internal CRMs and client portals regarding new enquires

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • ATT qualification
  • Previous experience within a practice environment
  • Strong technical tax knowledge and practical expertise within private client tax
  • Demonstrate an extensive experience of tax affairs of non-domiciled individuals, share schemes and entrepreneurs for small to medium-sized enterprises
  • Previous contact working with Inheritance tax and Capital Gains tax is beneficial
