Key Responsibilities:
- Manage international corporate tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Develop and implement group tax reporting and forecasting strategies to optimize tax efficiency and minimize risk.
- Collaborate with tax advisors to provide expert advice on direct and indirect taxes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Review and maintain group transfer pricing policy, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Professionally qualified in tax or accountancy, with a strong understanding of international tax laws and regulations.
