You will be part of a substantial team that collaborates regularly with specialists in VAT, Transfer Pricing, M&A, and Restructuring.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert advice to both UK and international entities on a variety of domestic and cross-border tax matters, including group structuring and tax-efficient financing.
  2. Devise strategies to optimize clients' effective tax rates through innovative intellectual property management and financing solutions.
  3. Lead teams on tax advisory initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery.
  4. Serve as the primary liaison for specialists, overseas member firms, and external advisors to facilitate effective project execution.
  5. Identify significant business development opportunities, including internal cross-selling and networking to expand client pipelines.
  6. Mentor and develop junior staff members, fostering their professional growth.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional services setting or have held a Senior Tax Manager position within a reputable practice. A solid understanding of UK corporate tax legislation is essential.
