Job Summary

Pro-Tax is seeking a highly skilled Tax Director to lead our Global Mobility team. As a key member of our tax advisory team, you will provide expert guidance to clients on global mobility tax matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Advisory: Provide high-level tax advisory services to clients on global mobility tax issues, including ensuring clients are up-to-date on UK tax developments.
  • Project Management: Manage advisory projects for clients, overseeing teams and sub-teams to deliver enhanced service across all client assignments.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Cross-Border Advisory: Provide expertise on cross-border advisory matters, including tax, social security, process, policy, and payroll.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification and post-qualified experience, ideally at the Director grade.
  • Skills: Strong tax advisory skills, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to provide high-level advice to clients, lawyers, agents, and advisors.
