Senior Building Professional in Cambridge

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our team in Cambridge. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering building surveying services.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different sectors, including commercial, healthcare, residential block management, and defence.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver building surveying services
- Oversee junior colleagues' work to ensure high quality and timely service delivery
- Liaise with clients, team members, and external consultants to ensure a fully integrated approach to projects
- Attend site meetings and keep clients informed on technical and financial matters
- Contribute to fee bids and work on multi-disciplinary projects
- Support financial forecasting and commission progress reporting
Estimated Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
