Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advance Nurse Practitioner to join our Halton Recovery Team in Runcorn. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality mental health services to our community.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a community mental health setting and possess excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing a caseload, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing guidance to junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of patients with complex mental health needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans
  • Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff members
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records

Requirements:

  • Registered on the NMC register as a Mental Health Nurse
  • Post-registration training in relevant field
  • Leadership/Management training
  • Experience working in a community mental health setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
