Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate RMN to join our team. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering individualized care to our residents with complex mental health needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents' mental health needs
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans
  • Providing medication management and administering prescribed treatments
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting resident progress

In addition to providing exceptional patient care, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be a qualified RMN with a current registration with the NMC. You should have experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A strong understanding of mental health legislation, policies, and procedures is essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
