The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a home-to-home or ward setting. Key Responsibilities:

  3. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

  5. Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:

  1. Registered Nurse qualification with active registration
  2. Proven experience working as a mental health nurse
  3. Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
