Our partner primary school in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated individual to provide guidance and support to students who require extra help in managing their behaviours.

About the Role
  • Location: Birmingham
  • Salary: £95,200 - £109,200 per year (£90 - £105 per day)
  • Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective behaviour management plans.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Certification or relevant experience working with children or vulnerable adults
  • Demonstrated ability to establish positive relationships with students, families, and staff
  • Familiarity with behaviour management strategies and techniques
