Behavioural Specialists

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Behaviour Specialist in our partner schools. As a Behaviour Specialist, you will be working with students who have challenging behaviour/SEND, providing them with support and guidance to encourage progression. The ideal candidate will possess a level 3 qualification/degree in Education or Special Inclusive Education, as well as experience in working with children who have behavioural issues.
Responsibilities:- Provide individualised support to students with challenging behaviour/SEND.
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop strategies for supporting students.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. PK Education offers ongoing support and training to ensure our staff reach their full potential.
