About the Role:

This exciting opportunity has arisen within our Central London office for a highly skilled German speaking financial administrator. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and collation of financial information for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchase ledger and sales ledger activities to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Coding and processing invoices, as well as calculating VAT payments.
  • Process payroll and make payments while ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date.
  • Deal with expenses and reconcile supplier statements to prevent discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in German language is a must, with strong English communication skills a bonus.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar finance or accounting role is preferred.
  • An excellent problem solver with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
