Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Financial Administrator to join our team at Philosophy Education. The successful candidate will provide financial administration support and work closely with the Finance Manager, Office Manager, and School Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support finance procedures and school invoicing
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and monitoring
  • Process invoices, reconcile suppliers' statements, and handle queries and discrepancies
  • Utilize various systems and databases confidently
  • Assist with other finance and administration tasks as required
About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Tulse Hill, working on a term-time only basis (plus 2 weeks in April). The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of SIMS and FMS, be extremely organized, have a friendly and calm approach, and be available on a full-time basis.

What We Offer
