We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Cowdenbeath, Fife. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with emotional/mental health support needs and learning disabilities to live independent full lives.

Our Fife Adult Support Living services are situated in a row of 6 cottages, providing a safe and supportive environment for our service users. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with daily life tasks, such as cooking, hobbies, and domestic duties.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support, and who is able to build strong relationships with our service users. You will be provided with training and development opportunities to help you thrive in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily life tasks, such as cooking, hobbies, and domestic duties
  • Support individuals with emotional/mental health support needs and learning disabilities
  • Build strong relationships with service users and their families
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
