We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Services Manager to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our clients, while also driving business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and our care team.
- Drive business growth and development through effective marketing, sales, and customer service strategies.
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent care delivery.
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless care delivery and high-quality services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements
- Extensive care experience with excellent customer service and man management skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth.
- Strong influencing and leadership skills.
- Ability to demonstrate achievement of business growth targets.
- Strong organisation and planning skills.
- Ability to work well and accurately under pressure.
- Flexibility to meet the demands of the business.
Qualifications
Due to the need to support the On-Call function, you should have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
