Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team at Tarsh & Partners Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to promote our client's cycling and sports accessories brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and create content for all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, competitor activity, and industry news to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media into overall marketing plans.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on social media performance.
- Liaise with external agencies and partners to activate social media campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent content creation and writing skills, with the ability to develop engaging and compelling content.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media planning and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite and Google Analytics.
