Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement channel-specific content strategies aligned with our brand's Tone of Voice.
- Manage all social media channels with creativity and strategy, including creating and scheduling engaging social media posts.
- Monitor social trends, technological updates, and competitor activities to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media into overall marketing plans.
- Liaise with external agencies, brand partners, and retailers on social activation initiatives.
- Attend global events as needed for content capture and brand representation.
- A passionate social media expert with a strong affinity for cycling or powersports.
- Experience in developing and executing effective social media campaigns.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to embody and deliver our brand's Tone of Voice.
- Proficiency in social media planning and analytics tools.
- Ability to work over some weekends at events.
- Constantly embodying our brand's social media presence.
- Excellent IT skills and familiarity with social media evaluation tools.
- Degree in Marketing/Communications or CIM Diploma.
- Project management excellence and experience in FMCG.
- Full motorcycle licence.
