Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for our infrastructure projects. You will work closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results and ensure timely project completion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of the water, energy, transport and telecommunications sectors. You will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Per Annum Plus Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for infrastructure projects
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results
  • Manage large-scale infrastructure projects from conception to completion
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion
  • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring they remain within agreed limits
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of managing large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of the water, energy, transport and telecommunications sectors
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • NVQ Management Level 4 or equivalent qualification
