We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Cost Manager/Commercial Manager to take on a lead role in one of our prestigious infrastructure-based projects. You'll be responsible for end-to-end service delivery, ensuring client objectives are met through the delivery of a value-added cost management service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key client interface, providing day-to-day support and ensuring client objectives are met.
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality cost management services.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record in cost/commercial management, with experience working on large or complex projects.
  • MRICS qualification is preferable.
  • Familiarity with NEC3 contracts, particularly Option C – Target Cost.
  • Experience in post-contract administration and major programme/project management.
  • Knowledge of the infrastructure sector, including rail, air, utilities, and highways.
  • Able to lead and manage teams effectively.
