About the Role

As an Infrastructure Development Manager at Morgan Sindall Group Plc, you will be responsible for overseeing construction operations and ensuring delivery of projects within allotted timescales. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in project management, safety, quality control, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and establish procedures to ensure all construction operations are achieved.
  • Organise, direct, and efficiently use all resources to deliver high-quality workmanship and value for money.
  • Ensure weekly, monthly, and year-end targets are met, and all projects are completed on time.
Requirements
  • Sound commercial and contractual knowledge.
  • Ability to travel or drive to remote site locations if needed.
  • Ideally some exposure to a construction environment.
  • Be geographically mobile and able to commit to travelling independently to sites.
  • Work in a team environment with good management skills and motivate self and colleagues to achieve high standards.
  • Have a desire to learn with a strong interest in professional growth and personal development.
Salary

£40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
