The successful candidate will have significant experience in a recognized Trade related position or site management, with an outlook to progressing into maintenance management.

You will be responsible for supervising the maintenance workforce, assisting in performance reviews, and ensuring efficient workloads. Your duties will include developing effective working relationships with managers, colleagues, and contractors, as well as providing technical and operational advisory support.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant qualification in a building or engineering discipline (NVQ level 3), and possess a comprehensive understanding of specialist engineering/building services. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations.
