Rf Seeker Modelling and Performance Team Leader

We are seeking a talented leader to join our Rf Seeker Modelling and Performance team as a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians to develop and maintain the Rf Seeker model, using model-based systems engineering processes to rapidly iterate the design and achieve the required performance of the Seeker.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of engineers and technicians to develop and maintain the Rf Seeker model
  • Developing and implementing model-based design techniques using Matlab and Simulink
  • Managing the development and verification of auto-code for the software algorithms from the model
  • Coordinating system studies and performance analysis
  • Facilitating team development in modelling practices and algorithm design
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Significant experience of Matlab and Simulink
  • Experience in Verification & Validation, configuration control and model release processes
  • Team Leadership and People Management
  • Good communication and stakeholder management
  • Data analysis and technical report writing
What We Offer

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Pension: maximum total (employer and employee) contribution of up to 14%
  • Overtime: opportunity for paid overtime
