Salary Administration Manager

The Payroll and Employee Benefits Specialist will be responsible for managing employee benefit programs, assisting with queries, and promoting program understanding. They will also respond to employee and auditor queries on payroll, expenses, and benefits, and keep employee records up to date.
This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with HR and Finance to ensure everything runs smoothly. The successful candidate will have a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to communicate effectively.
The estimated salary for this position is £34,000 depending on experience. We offer a competitive package that includes enhanced holiday entitlement, company sick pay, life insurance, and a cycle-to-work scheme.
