The successful candidate will have a relevant professional qualification, such as a Registered Nurse or NVQ minimum level 3, and a minimum of two years' experience as a Care Assistant in a residential/nursing home setting.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Providing high levels of care to support and assist residents in all aspects of daily living.
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and respect while focusing on physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Leading shifts to ensure high standards are maintained and other team members feel supported.
  • Completing daily medication rounds and documenting consistently without errors.
  • Promoting good practice and challenging poor practice from other team members.
