About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Nurse to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a Clinical Theatre Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional standards of clinical care to our surgical patients.
This is an exciting opportunity to broaden your nursing experience by managing a stimulating case mix and working within a collaborative environment where you'll have 'more time to care'.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care to patients undergoing surgery. You will also contribute to the development of effective theatre protocols and procedures to ensure seamless patient flow.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong understanding of relevant clinical standards in a surgical environment and be able to demonstrate flexibility during periods of low activity and work extra hours when required.
