Clinical Care Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Theatre Scrub Nurse/ODP to join our theatre team at Woodland Hospital in Kettering. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the delivery of excellent clinical outcomes.
This is a 30-hour per week opportunity, offering flexibility and autonomy in your work. You will have the opportunity to work with a stimulating case mix, broadening your nursing experience and skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need current registration with the HCPC or NMC (UK) and ongoing CPD. A comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical standards in a surgical environment is essential. Excellent communication and customer care skills are also required, as well as the ability to work within a team and time-manage effectively.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience, making it an attractive option for those looking to advance their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment.
