About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Theatre Support Specialist to join our team at Woodland Hospital in Kettering. As a key member of our theatre team, you will support the delivery of high-quality patient care and contribute to the achievement of excellent clinical outcomes.

This is a 30-hour per week opportunity, offering flexibility and autonomy in your work. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and procedures, developing your skills and expertise.

To be successful in this role, you will need current medical and/or surgical experience within a hospital environment. A comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical standards in a surgical environment is essential. Excellent communication and customer care skills are also required, as well as the ability to work within a team and time-manage effectively.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £40,000 - £48,000 depending on experience, making it an attractive option for those looking to advance their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment.
