**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Companion Specialist to join our morning call team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each client
- Work collaboratively with clients and their families to ensure seamless care and support
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care activities
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements**
- No qualifications required - full training provided

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (for some roles)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
