About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Industry Settlement Specialist to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our BizOps team, you will be responsible for specializing in half-hourly settlement processes and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Specialize in half-hourly settlement processes
  • Provide outrageously good customer service by answering phone lines and emails
  • Spend time each week working on projects or upskilling in other areas
