Role Overview

Gentrack is a leading software company providing innovative cleantech solutions to utilities worldwide. We're seeking a skilled Energy Settlements Specialist to join our Assurance Team, utilizing industry expertise and Gentrack software to identify and resolve discrepancies on behalf of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identification and correction of data errors in the Utilities industry.
  • Liaise with development teams and project managers to resolve queries.
  • Drive operational performance and identify areas of improvement for both the client and Assurance application.
  • Deliver professional, timely communications to ensure Gentrack customers are kept up to date.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Ability to code in SQL preferred.
  • Work experience in the Electricity and Gas retail industries required.
  • Previous experience in a software environment preferred.
  • Computer Literate with strong Excel and Word.
