About the Role:
This senior technical role will provide technical expertise, solutions, and guidance to our sales, design, manufacturing, and site teams across the business. You will work closely with our clients and other engineering professionals on safe design and solution development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop structural projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring the highest level of expertise and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Education to degree level in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Sound knowledge of Autocad and experience with software such as Robot, Tedds, and Revit.
- Excellent communication and customer-focused skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Precast concrete design experience is desirable but not essential.
