About the Role
We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Front of House team as a Bar and Waiting Team Member. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist with the preparation and serving of food and drinks, ensuring that every dish is presented to the highest standard.
- Manage cash and card transactions, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the hospitality industry.
