Salary Range: The salary for this role is between £60,000-£70,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality standards across our organisation. This will involve collaborating with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions.

  1. Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures aligned with industry best practices
  2. Lead audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  3. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement throughout the organization

Essential Skills and Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Healthcare) and at least 5 years of experience in a senior quality or leadership role. Proven track record of driving organisational change and improving quality outcomes.
