Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development Representative at Tangent, your primary focus will be on connecting with mentors and getting referred for job opportunities. This involves:
- Volunteering time with mentors for job search support, CV reviews, and career advice
- Evaluating and refining your CV to enhance your chances of success
- Developing a video introduction to showcase your skills and personality
This role comes with a competitive commission-based salary package, including rewards for enthusiasm and creativity. You can expect a fast-paced environment where you can learn and grow quickly.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must be able to work in the UK without sponsorship or visa requirements. Additionally, you should be willing to work in office or hybrid settings in London.
