Pareto FM seeks an experienced leader to spearhead service excellence across a defined portfolio of accounts. This role involves managing a team of professionals responsible for maintaining high standards in M&E and TFM services.
Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, leading by example, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in leadership, vendor management, and budget development. Strong communication skills are essential for building relationships and networks across the business.
This is a full-time, UK-based role initially focused in the South but with potential expansion as the business grows. The successful candidate will be based within easy reach of Greater London and hold a formal IWFM qualification or similar.
- Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
