Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Claims Recruitment Services. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of High Net Worth clients and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of High Net Worth clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate mid-term and renewal terms, as well as new business terms, to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Grow the team's existing business income through retention, cross-sell, and up-sell.
- Ensure client data security and privacy is maintained at all times.
- Must have experience of working in a similar role within insurance, ideally with High Net Worth clients.
- Excellent customer service and client management skills.
- Able to use expert product knowledge to effectively service clients.
- Adaptable to change and able to pick up new systems quickly.
