Commercial and Corporate Insurance Account Executive

Stride Resource Management Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial and Corporate Insurance Account Executive to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse commercial and corporate client base, delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs, and navigating complex insurance markets to negotiate terms and secure competitive placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' business needs and provide expert insurance advice to ensure their risk management and insurance needs are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Negotiate and influence to secure competitive insurance placements and deliver value-added services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic business initiatives that drive growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in commercial and corporate insurance, with a focus on client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of assessing risks and crafting strategic insurance proposals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders.
  • ACII qualification or equivalent is highly regarded, though not essential.
  • Commitment to professional development and a keen interest in industry trends.
