Job Title: Senior Clinical Lead for Adult Eating Disorders Service

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Lead to join our Adult Eating Disorders Service. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in shaping the ongoing development of our service, building on recent growth and identifying new opportunities for the team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Service and Strategic Lead, Team Manager, Consultant Adult Psychiatrist, and Clinical Lead (CYP) to develop and deliver a comprehensive community Eating Disorder Service for adult patients.
  • Ensure advanced knowledge of effective risk management at team level, including accident/incident reporting, risk assessment, and control.
  • Play a central role in promoting effective working relationships with external stakeholders, including primary care, the North East London Adult Eating Disorder Provider Collaborative, ICBs, and other statutory and voluntary agencies.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualifications to MSc level and above.
  • Significant experience in NHS and ED services.
  • Experience of managing teams.

Desirable:

  • Experience delivering service transformation.
  • Direct eating disorders experience.
