About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead for Eating Disorders to join our team at the Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise in the assessment, treatment, and care coordination of individuals with eating disorders.

The ideal candidate will have significant postgraduate experience in mental health nursing, particularly in eating disorders, and possess excellent clinical skills, including risk assessment, medication management, and group facilitation. You will also have experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff and students.

As a Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the management team to develop and implement evidence-based care pathways, ensure high-quality patient care, and contribute to the development of the service. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and their families/carers.
