Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at VTR Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing clients while pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of existing clients.
  • Drive new business development, leveraging warm leads provided to you.
  • Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximise opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to showcase a wide range of products and services.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions in the UK and Europe.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management and new business development.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ideally, a background in the Promotional Gifts or Textile industry.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and comfortably from home.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • IT literate and familiar with CRM systems.
