Job Summary

As a Sales Manager at TPS, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring the team meets and exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Continually monitor sales performance against set KPIs and take corrective action with the team to ensure KPIs and sales targets are met.
  • Work closely with the Centre Manager to support the team and drive business growth.
